Do I need special software to send my design?
For Standard Cuts (straight pieces):
No software needed! Just use our online calculator – enter your measurements, see your price instantly, and order in minutes. No files, no email, no waiting.
For Custom Shape Cuts (curves, patterns, designs):
No special software required! Send us a photo, hand sketch, or simple drawing via email. If you have a digital file (DXF, SVG, PDF), even better – but not required. We can work with what you have!
What if I make a mistake in my measurements?
For Standard Cuts:
Our calculator shows a visual layout before you checkout, so you can double-check everything. Once ordered, we review your cut list and will contact you if anything looks off before we start cutting.
For Custom Shapes:
We review EVERY design before cutting. If measurements are unclear or something doesn't look right, we'll email or call you to confirm before we cut. Your approval required before we start!
Do you sell the wood too?
Yes! You have 3 options:
- Material + Cutting – We provide the plywood/MDF/melamine AND cut it (most popular)
- Cutting-Only – Bring your own boards, we cut them to size
- Custom Shapes – Material + CNC cutting (priced per project)
All options available for both standard and custom cuts!
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums – ever!
- Standard Cuts: Order 1 piece or 100 pieces – same instant pricing
- Custom Shapes: No minimum, but complex designs are priced individually
